It is always our endeavour to maintain a minimum gender diversity of 50:50 in our team, and we will be even happier if this ratio tips towards the women!
Although we are not emergency doctors saving lives, our work can get equally stressful! To reduce the stress at work and for better mental health of our employees, we adopted the Harvard Medical School's official therapist- dogs! Our office is pet friendly, and the pets undoubtedly are our favourite team members!
At a time when global governments are still debating about menstrual leave, Tetramind® has become one of the first organisations to have an official menstrual leave policy. Tetramind® grants its female employees 6 additional days of menstrual leave, apart from their regular leave, so our female employees do not lose out due to something they cannot control.
We believe both parents should be equally responsible towards bringing up a child. Therefore, Tetramind® does not only grant maternity leave as required by law, but also grants paternity leave to new fathers, so they can share the joy of caring for a newborn.
Statistics show that majority of toppers in any examination are women, and women are entering the workforce in large numbers, most women drop out of the workforce early on due to household responsibilities. We hate seeing the talent of women go to waste. We understand that, in an ideal world, household responsibilities should be equally divided between women and men. Till the world gets there, we are happy to bring women who have dropped out due to household responsibilities back into the workforce, by giving them what they need - flexible working hours and work from options.

There is no age to be creative, and our youngest interns prove just that! Every summer, Tetramind® hosts bright young minds who want to explore their design thinking beyond school work.
